  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Milk01 can(s)
  • Coconut milk01 cup
  • grated coconut100 g
  1. Beat the sugar with the margarine in the mixer, add the sifted yolks.
  2. one by one and continue beating until a light and fluffy cream is obtained.
  3. Then add the milk, add the sifted flour and yeast.
  4. Turn off the mixer and finally pour the egg whites gently.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for approx. 35 minutes.
  6. To cover the cake, mix the ingredients in a blender and pour over the cake while it is still hot.
  7. Sprinkle with grated coconut and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.
