  • Egg (whites and yolks separated)5 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Boiling milk1 cup
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Milk2 cup
  • Shredded Coconut100 g
  1. In electric mixer, beat the egg whites.
  2. Add the yolks and sugar and beat well.
  3. Add the wheat flour and milk and beat until the flour is incorporated.
  4. Add the baking soda and beat quickly.
  5. Pour into a greased shape with oil and flour and take to medium oven, preheated, for 30 minutes or until baked and golden.
  6. For the syrup, just mix the condensed milk, coconut milk and milk well.
  7. After cold, cut the cake and dip in the syrup and then pass the grated coconut. Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until chilled.
  8. If you prefer, just throw the syrup over the cake and sprinkle the coconut.
