  • Refined sugar11/2 cup
  • Wheat flour11/2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Coconut milk200 g
  • Milk1 cup
  • grated coconut150 g
  1. Beat the egg whites, add the yolks one by one
  2. Add the sugar gradually, then add the flour and milk alternately.
  3. Gently mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  4. Take it to a greased shape and then to the oven preheated to 180°C.
  5. For the syrup, mix the condensed milk, coconut milk and milk, and pour over the baked cake, leave it in the fridge for 3 hours.
  6. Portion and pass the grated coconut, serve cold.
