Refined sugar11/2 cup
Wheat flour11/2 cup
Milk1 cup
Condensed milk395 g
Coconut milk200 g
Milk1 cup
grated coconut150 g

Beat the egg whites, add the yolks one by one
Add the sugar gradually, then add the flour and milk alternately.
Gently mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Take it to a greased shape and then to the oven preheated to 180°C.
For the syrup, mix the condensed milk, coconut milk and milk, and pour over the baked cake, leave it in the fridge for 3 hours.
Portion and pass the grated coconut, serve cold.
