  • Ripe bananas to taste
  • Oil to taste
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Cassava flour1 cup
  1. Peel the bananas and set aside. Take a frying pan on the fire and drizzle with oil.
  2. Add the bananas and brown them on all sides. Until it's golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add more oil if necessary, sugar and manioc flour. Stir to incorporate the flavors. Cassava flour needs to be “toasted” lightly.
  4. Place the sweet farofa over the bananas and serve.
