- Ripe bananas to taste
- Oil to taste
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Cassava flour1 cup
- Peel the bananas and set aside. Take a frying pan on the fire and drizzle with oil.
- Add the bananas and brown them on all sides. Until it's golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add more oil if necessary, sugar and manioc flour. Stir to incorporate the flavors. Cassava flour needs to be “toasted” lightly.
- Place the sweet farofa over the bananas and serve.
