Modo de Preparo:
1°- Hidrate e dissolva 1 envelope de gelatina em pó sem sabor em 1 xícara (chá) de leite.
2° – Num liquidificador coloque 2 latas de leite condensado, 2 caixinhas de creme de
leite e a gelatina já hidratada e dissolvida no leite e bata bem até formar uma
mistura homogênea.
3° – Transfira esta mistura para uma fôrma de pudim caramelada com 8 colheres (sopa)
de açúcar e leve para gelar por +/- 3 h. Desenforme e sirva em seguida.

Preparation mode:
1°- Hydrate and dissolve 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin powder in 1 cup (tea) of milk.
2° – In a blender place 2 cans of condensed milk, 2 boxes of cream
milk and gelatin already hydrated and dissolved in the milk and beat well until it forms a
homogeneous mixture.
3° – Transfer this mixture to a caramel pudding mold with 8 tablespoons (soup)
of sugar and refrigerate for +/- 3 h. Unmold and serve.
