  • Fresh coconut milk150 ml
  • Condensed milk200 ml
  • LEAF Gelatin4 unit(s)
  • Cream or fresh cream250 ml
  1. Heat the coconut milk WITHOUT BOILING
  2. Hydrate the gelatin following package instructions.
  3. Add the gelatin to the coconut milk and mix.
  4. Then add the condensed milk and stir.
  5. Whip the cream until it is slightly aerated (without stiffening, just thickening a little) and gradually incorporate it into the recipe.
  6. Put it in the shape you choose and take it to the fridge to chill and firm. Serve immediately
  7. *in the photo an individual portion in which I added a chestnut cupcake to form a base and bring flavor and texture
