  • Brioche bread1 unit(s)
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Milk50 ml
  • condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Butter4 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1 cup
  • Cinnamon Sugar2 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl, beat the egg and mix it with the milk, slice the brioche bread and dip the slice in this liquid mixture, being careful not to soak it
  2. Place the slices of brioche bread, soaked to taste, in a skillet with butter or in an air fryer, then roll in cinnamon sugar
  3. For the caramel sauce, melt the sugar until golden brown then add 1 tablespoon of butter and cream to the desired point.
  4. Pour the caramel cream over the french toast and serve with fruit.
