- Egg1 unit(s)
- Milk50 ml
- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 cup
- Cinnamon Sugar2 tablespoon
- In a bowl, beat the egg and mix it with the milk, slice the brioche bread and dip the slice in this liquid mixture, being careful not to soak it
- Place the slices of brioche bread, soaked to taste, in a skillet with butter or in an air fryer, then roll in cinnamon sugar
- For the caramel sauce, melt the sugar until golden brown then add 1 tablespoon of butter and cream to the desired point.
- Pour the caramel cream over the french toast and serve with fruit.
