  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Refined sugar3 cup
  • White Vanilla1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
  • Soybean oil3 cup
  • Bread for French Toast1 unit(s)
  1. Mix the milk, eggs, yolks, 1 cup of sugar and white vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Put the 3 cups of oil in the frying pan (preferably deep) and let it heat up.
  3. Dip the already sliced breads (1.5cm thick) in the mixture described in step 1 and fry them.
  4. Place the already fried breads in a container lined with paper towels to drain the excess fat.
  5. Dip the buns, one by one, into the mixture of cinnamon and 2 cups of sugar.
