- Cut the buns into medium slices. Reserve. 2. In a bowl, place the milk and condensed milk and mix with a spoon. Reserve. 3. In another bowl, beat the eggs with a fork until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. 4. Take a frying pan with oil to the fire to heat up. 5. In the bowl with the milk, put some slices of bread and let it soak for 1 minute. Transfer to a sieve and drain the excess milk.
- Dip the slices in the beaten eggs and immediately place in the skillet. Let each side brown for 2 minutes. Remove the french toast with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels. If the oil gets too dirty, pass it through a sieve lined with paper towels. 7. In a deep dish, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the slices with the mixture. Serve next.
