- This pudding is the best in the world, but for that to happen, the ingredients must not be substituted for another brand. I've had reports of people who know the ready-made pudding and who couldn't do the same because they found they had used other brands.
- This pudding is made in the pudding pan, not in the oven.
- First prepare the caramel sauce. Dissolve the granulated sugar and caramelize the mold. Reserve.
