Coloque o arroz de molho em água, tampe e deixe por no mínimo 6 horas

Soak the rice in water, cover and leave for at least 6 hours.

Coloque no liquidificador os ovos, o óleo, o leite, o arroz, o açúcar e o queijo parmesão

Place the eggs, oil, milk, rice, sugar and Parmesan cheese in a blender.

Acrescente o fermento químico e bata por mais 20 segundos

Add the chemical yeast and beat for another 20 seconds.

Transfira para uma forma untada com óleo

Leve ao forno preaquecido a 200ºC por cerca de 40 minutos

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
