- Milk1/2 cup
- Egg1 cup
- Flour1 cup
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Oil1 teaspoon
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Baking powder2 teaspoon
- Pinch of Salt1 to taste
- Pass the dry ingredients through a sieve
- Place in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
- In a non-stick skillet, brush with a little oil and let it heat up on low heat.
- Put two tablespoons of the dough in the skillet, let it spread by itself.
- When the top starts to bubble, gently flip it over using a spatula.
- Serve with honey, chocolate, jam or dulce de leche and also fruit.
