- Orange Juice1 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, oil sugar and orange juice in a blender. Add the sifted wheat flour, beat again and finally add the baking powder.
- Place in a greased and floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes or until golden.
- I made a syrup with 5 tablespoons of orange juice and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. Mix well. Remove the cake from the oven, wait to cool down and unmold. Throw the syrup over it.
- This cake is super fluffy and delicious!
