Fluffy Orange Cake

Passe na peneira a farinha e o fermento e reserve 

Pass the flour and yeast through a sieve and set aside.

No liquidificador bata os ovos, a manteiga, o açúcar e o Caldo da laranja por 5 min.

In the blender, beat the eggs, butter, sugar and orange juice for 5 min.

Adicione a farinha e o fermento a mistura e bata por mais 2 min na batedeira. 

Add the flour and yeast to the mixture and beat for another 2 min in the mixer.

Unte uma forma e coloque para assar por 50min no forno à 180°.

Unite a shape and put it to bake for 50 min in the oven at 180°.

📝 Ingredientes
- 1xc de caldo de laranja
- 1xc de açúcar
- 2 clhr de manteiga
- 1clhr de leite condensado (opcional)

👩‍🍳 Modo de Preparo
- Derreta a manteiga em fogo baixo e aos poucos adicione os outros ingredientes.
- Misture em fogo baixo por 5 min até engrossar.
- Depois só colocar por cima do bolo.
