- Sugar 1 and 1/21 cup
- Wheat2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder8 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk box1 unit(s)
- Cinnamon1 to taste
- Start by mixing the eggs, milk and oil in a blender for 3 minutes. Add the sugar and beat for another 1 minute.
- Pour the blender mixture into a container and add the sifted wheat flour. Mix well and gently until incorporated.
- Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Pour half of the mixed cake batter into a large baking pan with a hole in the middle that has already been greased.
- In the rest of the dough put 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder and, if you want, a pinch of cinnamon too. Mix well.
- Pour the chocolate dough over the white dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180/200°C, baking for about 40 minutes, or until it passes the toothpick test.
- For the brigadeiro frosting in a pan, place the condensed milk, butter and 4 tablespoons of chocolate. Place over low heat and stir constantly until thickened.
- When the cake is baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes. Unmold and cover with the brigadeiro - you can use granulated chocolate to finish
