  • Brown sugar1/2 cup
  • Almond flour2 cup
  • Oat flour1/2 cup
  • Flaxseed Flour2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Wholemeal yogurt1/2 unit(s)
  • Baking powder1 coffee spoon
  • Large squeezed lemon + zest to taste1 unit(s)
  • White chocolate bar1/2 unit(s)
  • Small squeezed lemon + zest to taste1 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk2 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar.
  2. Then add the flours (almonds, oats and flaxseed), mix well.
  3. Add salt and olive oil.
  4. Add the natural yogurt, lemon juice and zest to the dough to taste.
  5. Finally, add the baking powder.
  6. Bake the cookies in individual silicone molds in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
  7. For the syrup, melt chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  8. Then add the lemon juice and zest to taste.
  9. Finally, add the cold coconut milk (cannot be frozen) and mix everything very well.
  10. When the dumplings are baked, it's time to add the syrup on top of each one.
  11. Add the lemon zest to taste on top and you're done!
