Unleavened Wheat Flour3 cup
Sugar1 cup
Oil1/2 cup
Milk1 cup
Lemon Flavor Gelatin1 unit(s)
Baking Powder1 tablespoon
Condensed milk1 can(s)
Lemon3 unit(s)

In a bowl or bowl, combine the eggs, sugar and oil. Beat everything very well in the mixer.
Then add the milk, gelatin and beat once more.
Mix well and add the wheat flour little by little.
Stir until the mixture is very homogeneous.
Finally, add the yeast and mix gently until it incorporates into the dough.
Pour this dough into a greased and floured form. And bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
For topping: Beat in a blender 1 cx of condensed milk + juice of 3 lemons
Let the cake cool and sprinkle on top, if you prefer, put lemon zest on top
