- Corn oil1/2 cup
- Chocolate Powder1/2 cup
- Brown Sugar1/4 cup
- Honey1/2 cup
- Whole milk1/2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Semisweet Chocolate80 g
- Sour cream or cream100 g
- Grease a 30cm diameter mold and preheat the oven to 200ÂșC.
- In a container mix the wheat flour with the chocolate and sugar.
- Add the oil, eggs and milk and mix well.
- Add the honey and stir to incorporate, lastly add the yeast and stir gently until smooth.
- Place the dough in the greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for about 30 minutes (do the toothpick test).
- For the frosting, melt the chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at a time until completely melted, then stir in the heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour the frosting over the cake and enjoy!
