Wheat Flour2 cup
Corn oil1/2 cup
Chocolate Powder1/2 cup
Brown Sugar1/4 cup
Honey1/2 cup
Whole milk1/2 cup
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
Semisweet Chocolate80 g
Sour cream or cream100 g

Grease a 30cm diameter mold and preheat the oven to 200ºC.
In a container mix the wheat flour with the chocolate and sugar.
Add the oil, eggs and milk and mix well.
Add the honey and stir to incorporate, lastly add the yeast and stir gently until smooth.
Place the dough in the greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for about 30 minutes (do the toothpick test).
For the frosting, melt the chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at a time until completely melted, then stir in the heavy cream until smooth.
Pour the frosting over the cake and enjoy!
