- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Baking soda1 coffee spoon
- Maizena (cornstarch)1/2 cup
- Water160 ml
- Condensed Milk - Cream2 tablespoon
- Sour cream - Cream200 ml
- Milk Powder - Cream2 tablespoon
- Maizena - Cream2 tablespoon
- Cocoa Powder - Cream1 tablespoon
- Chocolate - Cream2 tablespoon
- Water - Cream1 cup
- Wheat1 cup
- Prepare the dough. Note: Items marked with Cream are for making the cake cream.
- Lay the eggs and beat lightly with a fuet or fork. Add the sugar and continue beating until incorporated. Add the oil and stir well.
- Add the wheat and stir. Add Maizena and yeast and sodium bicarbonate. Stir everything and put it in a hole shape in the middle and take it to the oven until it bakes. Take the toothpick test and it comes out dry, it's on point.
- Remove from the oven and let cool. Develop and put the cream.
- CREAM Mix all the ingredients and bake in a non-stick pan. Stir well and the dot should be kind of liquid, not too thick.
- Remove from heat and pour over the cake. The idea is that when it cools down, create a filling in place of the hole as in the photo. Therefore, the cream should not be too liquid or too dense.
- The cake is delicious and the dough is very moist. Savor.
