Condensed Milk - Cream2 tablespoon
Sour cream - Cream200 ml
Milk Powder - Cream2 tablespoon
Maizena - Cream2 tablespoon
Cocoa Powder - Cream1 tablespoon
Chocolate - Cream2 tablespoon
Water - Cream1 cup
Wheat1 cup

Prepare the dough. Note: Items marked with Cream are for making the cake cream.
Lay the eggs and beat lightly with a fuet or fork. Add the sugar and continue beating until incorporated. Add the oil and stir well.
Add the wheat and stir. Add Maizena and yeast and sodium bicarbonate. Stir everything and put it in a hole shape in the middle and take it to the oven until it bakes. Take the toothpick test and it comes out dry, it's on point.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Develop and put the cream.
CREAM Mix all the ingredients and bake in a non-stick pan. Stir well and the dot should be kind of liquid, not too thick.
Remove from heat and pour over the cake. The idea is that when it cools down, create a filling in place of the hole as in the photo. Therefore, the cream should not be too liquid or too dense.
The cake is delicious and the dough is very moist. Savor.
