Préaqueça o forno a 180 graus(temperatura média). Unterseeboot com manteiga e polvilho com a farinha uma forma com buraco no meio. 

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (average temperature). Unterseeboot with butter and sprinkle with flour a mold with a hole in the middle.

Na batedeira, coloque o açúcar eo chocolate em pó, passando por uma peneira. Junte os ovos e o óleo. Na velocidade baixa(para o chocolate não subir), bata os ingredientes, até que estejam bem misturados. Aumente a velocidade e bata por mais alguns minutos. 


In the mixer, put the sugar and the powdered chocolate, passing through a sieve. Add the eggs and oil. On low speed (so the chocolate doesn't rise), beat the ingredients until well blended. Increase the speed and beat for a few more minutes.


Enquanto isso passe a farinha pela peneira. Abaixe a velocidade novamente e, aos poucos, vá adicionando a água e a farinha, alternadamente, batendo apenas para misturar. Por último, adicione o fermento. 

Meanwhile pass the flour through the sieve. Lower the speed again and gradually add the water and flour alternately, beating just to mix. Lastly, add the yeast.

Transfira a massa para a forma preparada e leve ao forno pré aquecido para assar por 30 minutos, até que o palito saia limpo ao ser espetado no bolo. 

Transfer the dough to the prepared tin and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the cake.

Retire o forno e deixe esfriar por 15 minutos. Coloque um prato de bolo sobre a forma e, com auxílio de um pano de prato, vire uma vez. Sirva em seguida. 

Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes. Place a cake plate on top of the mold and, with the help of a dishtowel, turn it over once. Serve immediately.
