  • Red Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Corn Starch (Maizena)1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Grate the carrot on a fine grater, set aside.
  2. Mix carrot, oil, eggs.
  3. Add the sugar and mix well.
  4. Add the sifted wheat and sifted cornstarch and mix.
  5. Finally, add the yeast and mix.
  6. Unite a form with Margarine and wheat flour.
  7. Carefully pour the cake batter into the skillet.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°, do the fork test! When you pierce the cake and the fork comes out clean, your cake is ready!
