- Corn Starch (Maizena)1/2 cup

- Grate the carrot on a fine grater, set aside.
- Mix carrot, oil, eggs.
- Add the sugar and mix well.
- Add the sifted wheat and sifted cornstarch and mix.
- Finally, add the yeast and mix.
- Unite a form with Margarine and wheat flour.
- Carefully pour the cake batter into the skillet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°, do the fork test! When you pierce the cake and the fork comes out clean, your cake is ready!
