Comece batendo bem (na batedeira) a manteiga, o açúcar e as gemas.
Adicione 1 xícara da farinha de trigo e metade do leite de coco e bata bem novamente.
Adicione o restante da farinha, do leite de coco e a maisena. Bata novamente até incorporar.
Reserve.
Bata as claras em neves, até ficarem homogêneas e consistentes.

Start beating well (in a mixer) the butter, sugar and yolks.
Add 1 cup of the wheat flour and half of the coconut milk and beat well again.
Add the rest of the flour, coconut milk and cornstarch. Beat again until incorporated.
Reserve.
Beat the egg whites until they are homogeneous and consistent.

Adicione na mistura o fermento e as claras em neve, mexendo de baixo pra cima delicadamente até incorporar.
Leve a massa em forma untada com manteiga e farinha e asse por 35 minutos em forno pré aquecido a 200°.

Add the yeast and the snow whites to the mixture, stirring gently from bottom to top until incorporated.
Take the dough in a greased shape with butter and flour and bake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°.
