Bananas4 unit(s)
Oat flakes1/2 cup
Brown Sugar1 cup
Maizena1/2 cup
Eggs4 unit(s)
Crystal Sugar1 cup
Water2 cup
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
Margarine3 tablespoon

*PASTA* Mash 2 bananas and mix with eggs, margarine and brown sugar.
Add the oats and cornstarch and mix until smooth.
Finally, add the chemical yeast and set aside.
*BANANA IN SYRUP* 1. Cut the other two bananas into slices and set aside. 2. Melt the sugar until it is caramelized and add the water.
*GREASING THE SHAPE* 1. Butter the sides of the round pan and add the oats to seal. 2. Place the sugar syrup in the bottom of the mold and then the bananas
After the shape is prepared, put your dough and put it to bake until the cake is golden. I suggest you also do the knife test: when the cake is golden, pierce the cake with the knife, if the knife comes out clean it is a sign that the cake is ready.
OBS.: Guys, I used two molds that together give the same amount as a traditional pudding oven right?! This measurement is for the traditional cake size!
