1 cup of sugar160 g
3 tablespoons of butter75 g
Eggs4 unit(s)
1/2 cup of milk100 ml
2 cups of wheat flour200 g
1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
1 pinch of salt to taste
Bananas2 unit(s)
Sugar and Cinnamon to taste

Separate the whites from the yolks and beat the whites until stiff. Reserve.
In a bowl, place the yolks, butter or margarine, sugar, and beat until light cream.
Add the wheat flour, a pinch of salt, the milk and beat until smooth.
Slowly fold in the egg whites, stirring gently to incorporate.
Add the yeast and stir gently.
On a tray greased with margarine, pour the dough and place the chopped bananas on top.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and bake for 30 minutes. Help yourself.
