- Butter or Margarine1 tablespoon
- In the blender, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, add the milk, half the sugar, the oil, the butter and beat well. Before turning off, put a chopped banana and beat a little;
- In the cake pan put the rest of the sugar and make a light caramel, chop the rest of the banana and decorate;
- In another bowl place the flour and add the previously beaten liquids and stir well until incorporated, finally add the yeast and mix well.
- Place in the mold on top of the caramel with the bananas and take it to the preheated oven at 180°C, bake for 35 minutes.
