- 3 eggs3 unit(s)
- 1 tea of milk1 cup
- 1/2 tsp of oil1/2 cup
- 1 cup of sugar1 cup
- 2 very ripe bananas left2 unit(s)
- 2 cups of wheat flour2 cup
- 1 tablespoon of margarine yeast, sugar and cinnamon (for greasing and sprinkling).1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, oil and sugar for 5 minutes.
- Add the bananas and beat quickly to coarsely crush them.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl and mix in the flour.
- Finally, add the baking powder and stir gently.
- Pour the dough into a central hole shape greased with margarine and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle more sugar and cinnamon on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes (approximately).
- Remove from oven, wait to cool and unmold.
