1 cup of sugar1 cup
2 very ripe bananas left2 unit(s)
2 cups of wheat flour2 cup
1 tablespoon of margarine yeast, sugar and cinnamon (for greasing and sprinkling).1 tablespoon

In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, oil and sugar for 5 minutes.
Add the bananas and beat quickly to coarsely crush them.
Transfer the dough to a bowl and mix in the flour.
Finally, add the baking powder and stir gently.
Pour the dough into a central hole shape greased with margarine and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle more sugar and cinnamon on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes (approximately).
Remove from oven, wait to cool and unmold.
