- Margarine5 tablespoon
- Milk300 ml
- Sugar2 cup
- Baking powder2 tablespoon
- In a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff.
- In a container, place the 4 egg yolks, sugar and margarine and mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the snow whites, milk and wheat flour, gradually add.
- When the dough is smooth, add the yeast and stir gently.
- Unite a shape with margarine and wheat flour, put the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 40 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool down to unmold.
