Ripe dwarf banana2 unit(s)
Rolled oats or oat bran or almond flour2 cup
Aroeira Flowers Organic Honey2 tablespoon
Whole Milk Powder4 tablespoon
Organic Honey Flowers of Aroeira2 tablespoon
Water to make the point to taste

Start by mashing the bananas well with a fork until you form a cream.
Add the honey (2 tablespoons) and the oats and mix with your hands until you form a ball-like dough.
Put the dough into silicone cupcake molds
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Expect to cool down completely and unmold
Make the filling by mixing the powdered milk with a little water until it forms a consistent cream (add the water little by little)
Lastly, add the Flores de Aroeira Organic Honey and mix well.
Put this cream in the pies and take it to the fridge for about 30 minutes and that's it 😋
