- Dark chocolate with 70% cocoa or more200 g
- eggs4 unit(s)
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie until very creamy.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Whip the egg whites until stiff.
- Without stopping beating, add the yolks.
- Pour half of the melted chocolate and mix well, until incorporated and without leaving bubbles.
- Then add the rest and mix again.
- Take a shape, cover it with parchment paper and pour the dough.
- Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes.
- Let cool, unmold and serve.
