- Drain the green corn well and beat it in the blender along with the condensed milk, eggs, butter for 4 minutes.
- With the appliance off, add the grated coconut and baking powder and mix well.
- Grease a baking sheet with butter and flour and pour the dough over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
