- Chocolate bar100 g
- • Whip the chilled fresh cream into whipped cream (soft peaks)
- • Chop the chocolate into small and medium pieces.
- •Beat the condensed milk in the blender for 3 minutes or until it has a firm texture.
- •Transfer to a bowl along with the chocolate and gently fold in the whipped cream (if you wish, add drops of vanilla essence).
- Pour into a jar with a lid and take it to the freezer until it hardens completely.
