No copo do liquidificador acrescente os ovos e o açúcar e bata por 3 minutos. 

In the blender cup, add the eggs and sugar and beat for 3 minutes.

Com o liquidificador desligado acrescente o leite, o óleo, o fubá e a farinha se trigo e bata novamente por mais 2 minutos. Se for necessário mexa um pouco com uma colher mas com o liquidificador desligado.

With the blender off, add the milk, oil, cornmeal and wheat flour and beat again for another 2 minutes. If necessary, stir a little with a spoon but with the blender off.

Acrescentar o fermento em pó e bater por mais 10 segundos, ou misturar com uma colher.

Add the baking powder and beat for another 10 seconds, or mix with a spoon.

Transfira a massa para uma forma de furo no meio, usei uma com 24 cm de m diâmetro, untada e enfarinhada e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180° por aproximadamente 45 minutos. 

Transfer the dough to a shape with a hole in the middle, I used one with a diameter of 24 cm, greased and floured and take it to the preheated oven at 180° for approximately 45 minutes.

Após esse tempo faça o teste do palito. Se sair seco seu bolo está pronto.

After that time, do the toothpick test. If it comes out dry your cake is ready.

As xícaras usadas nesta receita são de 300 ml.
