- Colorless Gelatin1 unit(s)
- Powdered milk1/2 cup
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Culinary sweetener2 tablespoon
- Berries1 cup
- Hydrate the gelatin according to package directions.
- In the blender, add the yogurt, powdered milk, cream, sweetener and hydrated gelatin. Hit it well!
- Place the berries in small bowls and pour the cream on top.
- Take it in the fridge until it's firm!
- Tip: there's a sugar-free red fruit jam recipe here on my profile, it's perfect to go with this dessert!
