  • Almond flour2 tablespoon
  • Oat flakes3 tablespoon
  • Sweetener Powder1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil1 coffee spoon
  • Cinnamon Powder to taste
  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Salt (a pinch) to taste
  1. In a vase beat the egg, and mix with the other ingredients;
  2. Put the dough in a greased shape, and sprinkle oat flour in the form;
  3. Place chopped strawberries over the dough;
  4. FAROFA RECIPE In a skillet add 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of peanut flour, plus 1 tablespoon of xylitol, stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Place the farofa over the dough and take it to the oven or airfryer at 200 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
  6. OBS.: I used a powdered sweetener from the Pura Vida brand, but you can replace it with the sugar of your choice.
