- 60% cocoa chocolate50 g
- Butter paper1 unit(s)
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave, 40 seconds at a time, stirring so it doesn't burn.
- Dip the strawberry in the melted chocolate (leaving 1 cm and the sheet clean) and wait for the excess to drain.
- Place the strawberries on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
