- Oat flakes1 cup
- Honey6 tablespoon
- Water8 tablespoon
- Natural Yogurt1 unit(s)
- Sicilian Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Milk Powder4 tablespoon
- Sweetener1 tablespoon
- In a bowl put the oatmeal, honey and water, mix well. Place in cupcake or pie tin. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool to unmold and fill.
- For the filling, place the natural yogurt, lemon, sweetener and powdered milk in a bowl. Mix well and place in tartlets. On top put the lemon zest.
