  • Lactose-free powdered milk250 g
  • Xylitol150 g
  • Lactose free whole milk2 cup
  • Dried black plum5 unit(s)
  • Eggs2 cup
  1. For fit condensed milk: 2 cups of powdered milk to 1 cup of hot water + 1/4 cup of xylitol. Blend in a blender, place in a glass refractory and set aside in the fridge.
  2. Syrup: 3 tablespoons of xylitol + 3 chopped plums. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it boils. The caramel color is the plum that will give. Reserve.
  3. In the blender, beat the condensed milk fit, the eggs and the whole milk (the same measure of condensed milk will be the whole milk). Pour the mixture under the syrup and heat it in a bain-marie for about 40 minutes or until, when you put a fork in it, it comes out clean.
