Wheat flour3 tablespoon
Chocolate powder2 tablespoon
Demerara sugar2 tablespoon
Yeast1 tablespoon
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Water8 tablespoon
60% cocoa chocolate bar for topping to taste

In a mug place all the dry ingredients and mix.
Add the oil and water and mix well with a fork.
Place in the microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Keep an eye. If the cake rises to the point of coming out of the mug, pause for a few seconds and continue. Go on until you complete the total time.
For the frosting, melt the chocolate and place it on top of the cake.
Optional: Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top of the frosting for an extra touch.
