- Corn Syrup1/2 cup
- Agave syrup1 cup
- Red food coloring1 dessert spoon
- Place the agave syrup in a pan and place over low heat.
- Pour the corn glucose and add the coloring
- Mix well so that it is homogeneous.
- Cook over medium heat for 7 minutes, stirring to avoid burning the edges.
- Turn off the fire
- Pass the clean and dry apples skewered on an ice cream stick in the still hot syrup
- Put it in a greased shape with butter and let it cool so that the pants are firm
