- Milk powder1 cup
- Sugar (optional)1 teaspoon
- In a bowl, mix 1 squeezed lemon with powdered milk. Mix well and add the coconut milk little by little, until you get a creamy consistency.
- If you want, also mix the sugar of your choice and put lemon zest on top.
- Place in the fridge for an average of 40 minutes.
