- 70% chocolate chips to taste
- Start by peeling the banana and cutting it into medium slices.
- Put the cream in a pot
- With a fork pass the banana slices in the cream until everything is covered like a bonbon.
- Place the chocolates in a refractory lined with cling film.
- Place chocolate chips on top of the chocolates.
- Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes
- Unmold and serve đ€€đ
