- Corn for hominy1 kg
- Skimmed milk1/2 l
- Cloves, cinnamon stick and powder to taste
- Culinary Sweetener Powder1 tablespoon
- Soak the corn the day before before cooking. Put on the fire with enough water to cover the corn and cook until it is cooked (but not falling apart).
- Add half the milk and the cinnamon stick and let it boil until it thickens a little. Add the rest of the milk and let it boil for a few more minutes.
- Sweeten and serve with ground cinnamon.
