- Natural yogurt2 tablespoon
- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Xylitol Sweetener1 tablespoon
- Natural grated coconut2 tablespoon
- Strawberry1 unit(s)
- Peanut butter with white chocolate flavored whey protein (I used putz paste)2 tablespoon
- Start by beating the egg with a fork until foamy.
- Add the natural yogurt and beat well.
- Add the almond flour and xylitol sweetener and mix well.
- Place in a tall, microwave-safe container.
- Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds
- Allow to cool completely and unmold.
- Put the peanut butter on the topping
- Add shredded coconut on top
- Put the strawberry and that's it 😋
- You can replace the peanut butter putz pasta with the peanut butter you have at home 😉 if you want to make it Protein, add 2 tablespoons of whey protein and mix well 💪
