  • Almond flour175 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Coconut oil2 tablespoon
  • Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt (a pinch) to taste
  • Shredded Coconut60 g
  • Coconut milk6 tablespoon
  • Coconut Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Water6 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl beat the egg, add the coconut oil, demerara sugar, a pinch of salt and gradually add the almond flour. Stir until you disgrace your hands.
  2. Line the molds with the dough;
  3. Mix the grated coconut with the coconut milk, water and coconut sugar, and place it inside the molds;
  4. Take to oven or airfryer at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
  5. OBS.: you can replace the coconut sugar with demerara sugar or brown sugar to make it sweeter. Coconut sugar is not as sweet.
