- Banana1 unit(s)
- 100% cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Oat flour6 tablespoon
- Honey3 tablespoon
- Instant coffee1 tablespoon
- 70% cocoa chocolate bar180 g
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Vanilla to taste
- In a blender, beat the eggs, banana, honey, vanilla;
- Add the oat flour, 100% cocoa powder, soluble coffee to the blender, beat well and add the yeast and stir with a spatula;
- Place in cupcake cases until halfway up. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
- In a bowl place the two 70% chocolate bars and melt in the microwave;
- After the baked cookies, still in the silicone mold, put the melted chocolate, and take it to the freezer for about 15 minutes.
