- Chickpea flour4 tablespoon
- Chopped chocolate 40%60 g
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Panettone essence to taste
- Honey3 tablespoon
- In a bowl, add the oat flour, chickpea flour, chopped chocolate (or chocolate chips), and the yeast. Mix well and set aside;
- In a bowl mix the eggs with the honey, the essence of panettone, after mixing well, mix with the dry ingredients;
- Place in molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
