Fit carrot cake Ingredient 🥕🥕🥕🥕: 2 grated raw carrots 5 eggs 4 tablespoons coconut oil (or other) 1/2 cup demerara sugar (or other) 2 cup oats 1 tsp baking powder. Topping ingredients 🍫🍫🍫: 2 cup milk 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp demerara sugar (or other)

Modo de preparo:
Liquidifique bem a cenoura, os ovos, o óleo e o açúcar, bem bater bem até virar um líquido tipo suco, vá colocando a aveia as poucos e batendo, deixando liquidificar bem até ficar uma massa líquida e homogênea, e por último o fermento!! Despeje em forminhas untas e levar para assar, forno pré aquecido 210 graus de 30 a 35 min (se for nas forminhas pequena é menos tempo).     
                                            
 Preparo da cobertura... 
Em uma panelinha ou canecão deixe ferver tudo até engrossar e ficar em ponto de cobertura!! Só isso 😉
